Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 48hours, All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
We offer a 7 day change of mind promise to our customers – if your rug has arrived and it is not quite what you wanted you can return it to us within 7 days no questions asked. We will provide you with a refund or store credit so you can choose something else from our range. This will provide you with peace of mind buying online. We will fulfill all obligations under the consumer guarantees act with relation to our products.
To return your product, you should mail your product to 90 Gracefield road, Graceield, Seaview, Lower Hutt – 5010.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
